Craft your own journal—literally. From sewing the binding to designing the cover, you’ll create a book that reflects your vibe. Use it for writing, sketching, planning, or just thinking out loud. It’s hands-on, low-pressure, and a perfect way to slow down and tune in.

About AIR Programs:
- Open to teen girls and gender-expansive youth who feel like AIR is the right community for them.
- Teens of all artistic abilities and skill levels are welcome. No prior experience is required!
- Because of generous community-wide support, AIR is free of charge and provides transportation assistance to families in the Greater Seacoast area for whom transportation is a barrier.
